Synopsis: On a remote island away from the continent called Urashima, a man washes on earth, with no memory of his name or homeland. What he recalls, however, is that he is a time traveler with a mission: saving a certain girl from damage. When Nightfall arrives, he meets Rinne Ohara, a girl who sings a song that reminds him of a specific name - Setsuna - and decides to use it as yours.

Knowing another "setsuna", Rinne takes him to his house as a servant, hoping he is the same as she re. On the other hand, Setsuna continues to learn more about Urashima, wishing to identify her lost past. He knows the island's folklore, his three large families, and the endemic disease that prevents someone from entering the light of day.

As the mysteries of his missing memories and Urashima unfold, Setsuna must his purpose and fulfill his mission as soon as possible. But while he witnesses the multitude of problems that plague the island, Setsuna begins to question - is his temporal displacement only an effort to change the fate of a single girl?
